Ketchikan woman alleges local officials retaliated against her for challenging library books
Ketchikan resident Deborah Simon has filed a formal complaint with the Alaska Attorney General’s Office against the City of Ketchikan, the Ketchikan Public Library, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District and the Ketchikan Gateway Borough School Board
