Thanks to the termination of federal funds, the State of Alaska, in partnership with UAA, has officially ended its long-running monthly ECHO series pushing all things pro-vaccination.

During Alaska’s Covid outbreak ECHO sessions were primarily used to promote pro-jab messaging to journalists, educators, health care providers, employers and others. Alaska’s then-Chief Medical Officer Anne Zink was a frequent panelist, regularly downplaying vaccine injuries and adverse reactions, while defending the benefits of the jab for young children, pregnant women and others.

Heavily pushed during the Covid outbreak to disseminate the CDC’s pro-vaccination messaging, the ECHO series consisted of monthly online video meetings with a specific focus on those involved in distributing and administering vaccines, the series included live sessions with state health officials, online discussion forums and digital resources. As an added incentive, UAA even provided continuing education certificates for participants.

Founded by the University of New Mexico, ECHO’s national website promotes the United Nation’s “sustainable development goals,” which include “gender equality,” “climate action” and reducing so-called “inequities” around the world. The umbrella site also includes multiple links back to UNM promoting transgender hormones for children, gay pride parades, “diversity, equity and inclusion” trainings and more.

Funded by large multi-national organizations and companies including Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, World Health Organization and the CDC, ECHO had become an international force, boasting more than 4 million session attendees in roughly 200 countries.

On April 10, the University of Alaska ECHO team notified the public that the series was ending in Alaska.

“I’m sorry to share that due to the recent loss of Federal COVID-19 funding, our Alaska Vaccine ECHO series has come to an abrupt end,” the team stated. “The March 18th session was the final session of our 2024-2025 season.”

That ECHO session was titled “Polarization, Trust and Vaccines.”

“On behalf of UAA CHD Project ECHO, the State of Alaska Department of Health Immunization team and the Alaska Vaccine ECHO Hub team, we are grateful for the engagement of all of our participants, as well as the wealth of knowledge shared from local and national speakers over the course of the last five years our series has run,” the statement adds.

There are no plans to revive the ECHO series, and organizers are clearly dismayed with the loss of federal taxpayer funding for their project.

“Until we meet again, please take care of yourselves and each other as best as possible during these difficult times,” the statement concludes.

Meanwhile, the current measles outbreak tops 600 cases, and RFK Jr. is hawking cod liver oil to combat it.

    • Steve says:

They haven’t de-funded vaccinations, their just not push government propaganda. Call it what you want, but we just experienced a time when the government forced, coerced, and lied to the citizens about a particular vaccination. You can still let the government jab you if you so choose too. You’re hyperbole about the cod liver oil shows you’re not to be taken seriously, similar to the CDC.

      • Manny Mullen says:

On Tuesday, Texas Health and Human Services reported that the outbreak has reached 159 cases, including 22 hospitalizations and one death. Also on Tuesday, Kennedy discussed how the federal government is addressing the outbreak in an interview with Fox News. Kennedy said doctors were seeing “very, very good results” from treating the illness with a steroid called budesonide, an antibiotic called clarithromycin, and COD LIVER OIL, a supplement high in vitamins A and D. – health.com

    • Tamra Nygaard says:

You’re not too bright, are you? The measles cases began from illegal immigrants who were never vaccinated against it. Nobody says that cod liver oil combats measles, so that is just calumny. The ads are about the Covid vax, which is not even a vaccination and actually causes great harm. They murdered my father with that shot, so hawking that shot now means they are all in on murder. Not a good look at all.

    • OK in Anchorage says:

It’s the Vitamin A in cod liver oil that is needed when one has the measles. RFK isn’t the only person to know this.

The outbreak in Canada is higher than our 600 cases. Is that RFK’s fault too? Or the unvaccinated making the vaccinated sick? How does that work? If some people are unvaccinated, maybe they’re willing to risk contracting an illness that used to be fairly common. So what? If you’re vaccinated, why would you care? Are you not protected?

Mr (broken) Hart, the billions of debt dollars pushing the COVID scam plan to ignorant sheeple was an obvious red flag to thinking minds. Collosal lucre was given to faucci & followers for betrayal of their oath to do no harm. Yes, it stings when one learns they’ve been burned, but the truth will set you free.
By the by, 15 + million illegal aliens inserted during auto pen biden’s crusade of destruction were not medically evaluated or jabbed. Didn’t want to weaken his hopeful future voters.

Educate yourself on the measles outbreak. The Children’s Health Defense Fund has pulled hospital records with the families of the 2 children whom died. They did not die of measles, it was medical malpractice spun as measle deaths. I would encourage you to read Dissolving Illusions by Dr Humphries. Well documented and researched.

  • Jake Libbey says:

This is the actual measles response. It’s not the end of the world, by even a little, to get the Measles and you have the added benefit of lifelong immunity to several cancers afterwards. Stop with the hysteria already.

    • Manny Mullen says:

Jake. According to the wonder killer, there is no link between measles immunity and a life long immunity to several cancers. Also, no one is “immune “ to cancer; physiology doesn’t work that way.

      • Jake Libbey says:

Fine, point to Manny, I should have said lifelong resilience instead of immunity. There have been several studies of older generations (who almost never develop Leukemia for example) who all share a naturally acquired measles immunity. I’m not actually a traditionally defined vaccine skeptic.
I’ve had many of them, especially in the gauntlet going through bootcamp, and being forcibly administered the full Anthrax battery against my will while in the US Navy overseas. COVID vaccination is not traditional vaccination in any sense, it is utterly reckless and has ACTUALLY killed more people in just my small circle of friends than cancer, by a factor of 3. These were mostly parents and middle aged healthy men who were in great health and dropped dead of a heart attack within hours or days of getting one. The risk to kids from COVID, OR MEASLES, is infinitesimal. Side effects of an MMR vaccine are admittedly rare, side effects of RNA Vaccination are very real, and very personal. Knowing how healthy my kids are, I would prefer they get it, get over it, and have lifelong natural immunity than partial immunity from vaccination that requires boosters and more garbage into their veins. I didn’t used to feel this way, but I do now because I have zero trust, ZERO TRUST, left in any government institution and the only thing that would restore it (some version of a second Nuremburg Trails and subsequent hangings and heartfelt apologies from offenders) will never happen. So, for me and mine, I trust the healthy human body’s God-given ability to develop immunity through fighting infection FAR more than anything coming out of a government syringe. You and all yours will be protected though, because you are vaccinated, so you are under no threat from me and mine.

  • Steve Peterson says:

It took far too long to end the pushing of the Covid vax. Far too long to say goodbye to Zink also.

  • Manny Mullen says:

Jake. If one of your children got the measles, and s/he was tanking quickly and died, would you have wished s/he had been vaccinated?

    • Jake Libbey says:

That is a stupid non-sequitur argument. If you gave your kid a Covid vax and they were coding from myocarditis, would you regret giving your kid the clot shot? If you’re sane, of course you would. The same applies, of course if my child was dying of Measles I would regret not vaccination, but that is a false equivalency. In ANY situation where my child is dying I would be going insane with what-ifs. You have made a stupid point, that can be taken to sow doubt into any decision you make.
