Hundreds of independent minded, freedom-loving Alaskans attended the Oct. 11 Alaskans 4 Personal Freedom conference to learn how to resist oppressive medical mandates, overcome big pharma’s war on Ivermectin and alternative medicine, take control of their personal health and prepare for future top-down medical mandates that many endured during the initial Covid outbreak.

The conference, now in its fifth year, has evolved over the years. What initially began as grassroots effort to inform Alaskans about how to obtain and utilize alternative treatments while connecting with likeminded doctors and citizens, has expanded to address topics like prioritizing personal health, expanding education choice, supporting local farmers, treating cancer wholistically and learning about the hidden costs of artificial intelligence in education and youth culture.

Last week, a litany of nationally known and local speakers took the stage at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium at the University of Alaska Anchorage as an estimated 300-plus attendees took notes, shared stories and built political and cultural networks.

Local and statewide politicians also were among the crowd, including gubernatorial candidates Lt. Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom and Bruce Walden, State Rep. Kevin McCabe, Mat-Su School Board President Kathy McCollum, and former state legislators Lora Reinbold and David Eastman.

Representatives from Moms for Liberty, Americans for Prosperity-Alaska, and the rank-choice repeal effort were also on hand, as were school choice advocates.

Standing in the center of the main stage was a banner emblazoned with the words: “Stand for Freedom. Speak without fear.”

Dr. Ryan Cole speaks during the Alaskans 4 Personal Freedom event on Oct. 11.

At the start of the conference, nationally renowned pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole warned of the many ways in which public health has been weaponized to impose authoritarian mandates on the masses.

Instead of coercing free citizens to vax, mask and shelter with highly questionable and constantly shifting protocols, government-funded public health should be in the business of educating the public, Cole advised.

A friend of U.S. Health Secretary Robert Kennedy, Jr., he said the medical establishment suffers from a “death of curiosity” when it comes to medical practices and emerging treatments. Instead, the nation’s health leaders have normalized bad eating habits, mental issues and sexual-identity confusion.

Ultimately, Cole told attendees that they were “the best doctor you will ever meet,” and physicians should be working to put themselves out of business, not creating increasingly dependent patients.

Cole, who spent five years in training at the Mayo Clinic completing his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, as well as a fellowship in Surgical Pathology, utilized most of his talk to offer common sense, practical advice.

He encouraged attendees to move each day – as much as possible, reduce stress, get enough sleep, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, actively engage in community activities – in person, pray or meditate daily, use full spectrum lights, avoid the ubiquitous and harmful glow of digital screens, take cold showers and plenty of vitamins, shun seed oils and spend time outdoors every day.

Healthy, independent-minded citizens are freer and happier, he emphasized.

Dr. Pierre Kory speaks to conference attendees.

His talk ended with a quote from Thomas Jefferson: “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.”

The next speaker, Dr. Pierre Kory, is an acclaimed critical care physician who endured massive professional and political criticism for adamantly maintaining that ivermectin was a highly effective drug for treating Covid – a position he still firmly holds.

Kory’s talk recounted, in detail, how international financial interests and Big Pharma worked to actively discourage the effective use of low cost, repurposed drugs like ivermectin to treat Covid.

This assault included harassing scientists and censoring doctors like himself who were publishing data that proved ivermectin was a cost-effective and highly efficacious tool to treat Covid.

Kory recounted the many ways his studies and findings were censored from major publications in the spring of 2020 and beyond, and detailed how the pharmaceutical industry suppressed information that did not fit the narrative that all people should be repeatedly jabbed with an experimental shot that could not protect them from being infected by Covid.

“You have no idea how many lies you hear every day,” he said, adding that Big Pharma are masters of propaganda, and have been for a long time. The most effective strategy is repeating words or phrases like “safe and effective,” until the masses begin to “think or act in a certain way,” he noted.

Kory admitted to the largely conservative crowd that the Covid outbreak and fallout fundamentally changed his cultural and political views.

One of the turning points came when he met U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin. Johnson held a series of high-profile national meetings to discuss the harmful side-effects of vaccines and highlight alternative treatments.

“I was a dipshit, New York Democrat before this all started,” Kory told conference attendees. “It shows you how sick I was! I hated Ron Johnson.”

Kory noted that the only journalists who would listen to him or likeminded colleagues during the Covid outbreak were conservative outlets. The mainstream media marched in lockstep, universally praising the experimental jabs and downplaying any other means for treating Covid.

Kory’s aim was to give the audience a wake up call so they could see how big pharma, mass media and governmental agencies worked together to discredit alternative treatments to Covid.

He detailed specifically how many clinical tests were rigged and modified to fit the mainstream narrative, while challenging data was stonewalled, retracted, banned or buried.

Other talks throughout the day focused on farming, the dangers of a stakeholder economy, the hidden cost of AI to kids and education, school choice options and more.

This is one of the best article put to the public viewing. Will there be a follow up on it as the federal department of health changes? With RFKJr is has gone through tremendous policy and department and legal changes.
