For nearly two weeks Marvin Abbott has sat, prayed, slept and peacefully protested outside the main entrance to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. His daughter Rachelle was medivacked from Kodiak on Sept. 6 after suffering a major asthma attack.
