Amid the unleashing of LGBTQ Pride Month in Fairbanks this June, a local church aims to equip area residents with foundational and unchanging moral truths.
Hosted by Chena Small Tracks Church of Christ, “Moral Truth in an Immoral Age,” is a five-day conference featuring national speaker Ron Halbrook. He plans to articulate the unvarnished truth about abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, social media and pornography.
The May 31-June 4 gathering is open to the public with nightly sessions running 7-8 p.m. (Wednesday through Saturday) and two sessions on Sunday (9:30 am and 5:30 pm).

A long-time preacher and prolific teacher and writer, Halbrook holds a master’s in history from Vanderbilt University. He has traveled the world for decades, addressing issues such as marriage, church history and unity, divorce and many other issues that plague the modern moment. He serves on the staff of Truth Magazine and the board of Truth Publications.
Halbrook’s Fairbanks stop aims to equip residents with the tools to think through some of the most pressing moral issues that threaten the traditional biblical understanding about the truth of the human person.

Why would it take five days for that church to just say no to: trans, gay, woke, BLM, atheist, antifa, feminazi, socialists, Bud Light, Mickey Mouse, intellectuals, immigrants, pro-choice people, conservationists, bibliophiles and drag performers?

I was wondering how long it would take you to reply, as I knew you would (what else do you do?). The answer was two and a half hours. This is your life. Trolling on a obscure site were you add nothing and are strongly disliked. Pathetic.
Because of all the lies that are out there. And information that people don’t hear about like before AIDS came along many homosexuals would have over 1,000 partners. I don’t think using people for sex is healthy.

This world could use more knowledge and truth these days. Very pleased to see the Chena Church of Christ, is more concerned about spreading the word, rather than offending the non believer. It will be a highly attended event, see ya there!
