Nov. 7, is election day for the Mat-Su Borough where left-wing operatives are attempting to make significant inroads in the state’s most conservative community.
Flush with money, union support and entrenched liberal movers and shakers, progressives are seeking to remove and replace two conservative school board members with ideological leftists. The same goes for the borough assembly, where two seats are up for grabs.
The question for many is whether the rapidly growing Mat-Su Borough will maintain its well-established character as a pro-family, pro-parental rights and pro-liberty outpost. Voter turnout is the key.
Residents can cast ballots until 5 p.m. on Nov. 6 at five early voting locations, and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 40 polling sites on official election day – Nov. 7.
This is a paper-ballot only election, no machine tabulators.
Based off our research and surveys, the most conservative choices in competitive races are the following candidates:
— Dmitri Fonov – Borough Assembly, District 6
— Clayton E. “Mokie” Tew – Borough Assembly District 5
— Ole Larson – School Board, District 6
— Kathy McCollum – School Board, District 3

Our elections aren’t trustworthy! What was Lt gov Dalhstroms response to the federal judge when asked about her alliance with Eric? Silence! What’s being covered up? Corruption!
Matsu conservatives not only are aging but also they seem prideful they aren’t Anchorage too puffed up in pride to not know how to reach more neighbors to vote conservative.
You think so Jen? Have you been out there making phone calls, knocking on doors, or preparing mailers for a conservative candidate or are you just running your mouth off? Asking for a friend.
Oooo, cage match between the two far-blitzed wacko conservative Christians on MRAK. Jen will rely on her superior interpretation of biblical morality plays while Friend of Humanity will sputter, fetched up hard aground on the difference between hubris and unsupportable propaganda ( but bolstered by URLs that know one follows).
OMG, I can’t believe the Valley is going to have yo mark a ballot! Isn’t that going back to a real election? Maybe a start on some of tge corruption in this state! I doubt it but it worth a try!
Mr. Davidson- Thank you for the score card!
I voted today. I took my young kids along to show them how it works. It was nice to vote without seeing a Dominion machine.
I agree about using paper ballots!
Looks like we must have felt sorry for those who counted the ballots , as only 8% of the populace showed up!!!!!?
