A new survey is asking whether parents want to be notified when their child checks out material at any one of the Mat-Su Borough’s five library locations.
The survey, which closes on May 8, includes a host of questions aimed at improving library services for parents and children.
The survey asks parents to rate library materials, events and service.

One question notes that the borough is looking into the “possibility of notifications when a minor checks out library material” and asks if parents would utilize this service if made available.
The survey comes on the heels of several years in which parents and community members have raised impassioned concerns that children have access to sexually inappropriate material at libraries throughout the Mat-Su.

I’ve been to many different locations-libraries and they have these woke, sexual, not appropriate book for kids. Taped on the bathroom stall doors. With the references numbers and where to fine these disgusting books. Yes one more way to attract these vulnerable kids.
I keep saying this over and over. Take your kids out of these schools.

No. Libertarians (current label of classical liberals, you know, the ones whose political and economic philosophy this nation was founded upon) want LESS government intrusion. The Right wants their brand of government intrusion just like the Left wants their brand of government intrusion. Duh!
