National March for Life President Jennie Bradley Lichter will be speaking at the Alaska March for Life in Anchorage on April 25.

Alaska Family Council is hosting the upcoming event in hopes that it will be the largest pro-life gathering in the history of Alaska.

Lichter is a major player in pro-life circles, overseeing the largest annual pro-life event in the nation. Each year, hundreds of thousands of Americans join the March for Life in Washington, D.C.

Lichter has served in the White House as a Deputy Assistant to President Trump and Deputy Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, where she supervised rulemaking and policy efforts implicating a number of federal agencies. She also led policy initiatives across the federal government to defend the dignity of life.

Additionally, Lichter served as Deputy General Counsel at The Catholic University of America, where she founded and directed The Guadalupe Project –  a campus-wide initiative to support pregnant and parenting students, staff, and faculty.

As Alaska’s March for Life closes in, more sponsors are coming on board to ensure its success. To date, the sponsors include Chapel By the Sea, Holy Rosary Academy, Anchorage Community Pregnancy Center, the Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau, All Saints Episcopal Church, Mountain City Church, the Knights of Columbus, 40 Days for Life, AMAC Action and Lighthouse Christian Fellowship.
