The summer series on gender and sexuality, hosted by Wisdom Apologetics, is being extended due to popular demand, the group said.
Over the past few months, Alaskans have gathered in Anchorage to discuss the harmful errors of gender-queer theory and how to defend a traditional, Judeo-Christian view of human sexuality.
“We started with a broad discussion on the general theme of gender & sexuality with Professor Nancy Pearcey, then focused on homosexuality before moving to the science behind the transgender debate,” a notice from the group stated. “Now we’re diving into a more pastoral perspective on transgenderism that is gearing up to be just as insightful.”
The next even takes place this Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 7 p.m. Attendees will meet in public venue at 3300 Spenard Road.

“Those who have attended this series are coming away with answers that will help them dialogue on a topic that is not easy or comfortable, yet we’re called to share the Gospel with a lost and dying world,” Wisdom Apologetics notes.
The group exists to provide answers to Christians on hot-button and often controversial issues with the aim of helping people understand and then engage the wider culture.

Why aren’t you staying out of other people’s private lives by invading a child’s learning by convincing them they are transgender, before they even know who they really are? They’re trying to figure out life and there you “BUTTing trying to say they’re trans and they don’t even UNDERSTAND what it is.. You do it in such conniving ways, they’re hooked?? before they know what the terms mean. You push it down children’s throats, without them realizing what it REALLY means. Children and young people are wanting attention and someone to talk to..they’re confused by what you presents which brings creates more confusing, then you secretly insert your systematic vocabulary which confuses them even more.. This type of indoctrination is destroying our children and youth…So why don’t you but out of their private lives. Keep your private lives to yourself and your friends.. Quit trying to ruin other’s lives, by confusing them even more. Children grow up going through many phases of learning. ..Many are committing suicide because after a while, they realize they are not who they thought they were..and do NOT KNOW the way out.
Why? When it is explained, taught and promoted to my little kids.
We Christians are making noise for the very reason you ask us to stay quite. This is being forced upon everyone whether we want it or not, especially our children. Christian or not I think we can all agree there is no need or reason to sexualize our kids and its events like these that help bring the light to how disgusting and perverted the gender movement is.
