The Anchorage Public Library has gone all in to promote transgenderism and LGBTQ sexuality on impressionable young readers.
During the month of June, the library is promoting its “Read With Pride” campaign, which includes scores of book recommendations for teens and young children that seek to normalize and promote LGBTQ sexuality.
“Whether you’re headed out to celebrate at an event or you’re hanging at home, we’ve got some great titles for you to #ReadWithPride,” a library post on Facebook proclaims. “Grab an ebook or audiobook to take with you on the go or visit any of our 5 APL locations for “book books.”
The post includes a link to dozens of books for teens that feature homosexual romance, transgender love affairs, teens undergoing sexual identity issues, lesbian sexuality, gay camp counselors, horror stories by “queer authors of color,” and asexual dating.
Under its “kids” recommendations, the Anchorage Library includes colorful picture books and stories that promote same-sex parenting, homosexual marriage, queer family structures and the notion that conservative parents are wrong to oppose the LGBTQ lifestyle. Other books highlight “queer fantasy” and embracing one’s chosen “gender identity.”

For the less than 1% of the population?! It doesn’t need to be the overarching focal point no. The other 99% of society needs to be covered with normal stuff like how to whittle, check out about shipwrecks or homeschooling… literally anything other than the clownworld agenda the Anchorage muni is pushing.
No. As a society we should probably be preferentially providing younger people with the history, research, and stories that enrich and validate the lives of the 95+% of folks with the ability to live normal lives, and the values that have preserved society for millennia.
Conversely, if you think LGBTQ library card holder should not have access to material that interests them, then they should be able to request that material denigrating them should be removed from library shelves.
Like the Bible? I guess you could request that, it’s been banned before.

God said it and it is pretty clear.
There are human actions that can and should be a source of natural pride, deserving of of public recognition. What persons do with their sexual organs is not one of those actions.
what about who someone loves?
Love means wanting and actively seeking the highest and best for the other. I doubt a prolapsed anus fills that requirement. Using another for pleasure is not love, it is lust. And yes, it damages society whether you like that or not.
What a perverted, disgusting lifestyle being pushed on children, this borders on sex crimes and should be treated as such.
Children should be trained to acknowledge that the gay lifestyle is evil and that God hates gays!
God is Holy! People are sinful! This is essential to understand to begin the dialogue! “God hates gays” true if that specific statement refers to the actions! God also hates liars, as specifically related to the act of lying!

Go one step back. If we use their language we lose. We need to stop using nouns of “identity” and go back to verbs. What God hates is sin.
Homosexuals are wretched and deceived by satan. He has made them mentally ill, the only cure for them is through Christ, the Son of GOD. We must pray for them. But also we must not condone their evil actions. Speak out loudly against this sin, and never stop until it is no more.
The LGBTQ+ people I know have amazing families, they are kind and gentle parents who love their children. I’m a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
