I’ll get right to the point. Last month, the Alaska Watchman account was empty, and we now need Alaskans who value this alternative and unapologetically conservative media outlet to give us a boost.
Today, we need your financial support to continue this now five-year effort of inspiring, equipping and empowering Alaskans to defend life, liberty and traditional family values.

To cover all the costs of a full-time editor, freelance writers, video, editing and computer equipment and technical support that go into producing our content, we need to bring in about $10,000 a month. To date, we’ve managed to stay operational with a group of faithful monthly donors along with generous one-time contributions.

It’s been more than a year since we’ve had to issue a call to action, but we must cover our costs.

If you’ve appreciated the work of the Watchman in providing free and unique coverage of Alaska’s most hot-button cultural, political and social issues, please consider becoming a monthly donor. No amount is too small to assist in this effort. You can also help with one-time contributions.

Our hope is to raise an additional $2,500 a month to cover all expenses, and perhaps begin expanding our reach. If 100 people agree to chip in $25 a month, we can easily reach this goal.

Finally, I want to thank all of our longtime faithful supporters. We wouldn’t be here without you. In the days ahead, we need others to join the ranks.

Thank you for considering this request.

I speak as a rural conservative. You would be surprised the number of like-minded conservatives from Kiana to Kaktovik and Barrow to Bethel. The Alaska GOP, as we know it, tends to be exclude rural conservatives. We have the ability to re-shape rural Alaska and the road system for the betterment of the whole as equitable partners within the Alaska GOP.
For example, more rural conservatives stand on the conservative principles and choose not to participate in the ‘Block vote.’ Personally, I don’t participate in this ‘group think’ type of governance. We continue to ‘stand—by’ patiently for equal participation and inclusion in the Alaska GOP leadership roles.

The Alaska GOP, as we know it, tends exclude rural conservatives in the rank and file decision-making processes. We have the ability to re-shape rural Alaska and the road system for the betterment of the whole as equitable partners within the Alaska GOP. As a former two-term conservative mayor, I’ve always prefaced that a strong rural Alaska means a strong urban Alaska. As rural conservatives, we’ve been instrumental in forging sound and responsible economic development strategies. For example, look at Red Dog and the resurgence of developing the North Slope oil and gas reserves. We are also poised in opening the historic Ambler District Mine.

The Alaska GOP is fractured and as long as the big cow is allowed to continue to steal the vote it will remain fractured and with a fractured DOJ that has a long standing of corruption this will never change. What is needed is an independent investigation into the election fraud in Alaska and the judiciary!!!
