From left, Murder Victims Iryna Zarutska and Da’cara Thompson

There were two more horrific murders reported this weekend. One was in Charlotte, North Carolina, the other in Lanham, Maryland. Two beautiful young women were senselessly killed for no reason. One was stabbed on a train, the other had her skull crushed. The media, as they always do, reported in great detail the backstory of the perpetrators, as if it helps explain the crime. However, we should not be concerned about the feelings and motivations of murderers. It is the victims who deserve our attention. Americans should have little patience for the continued failure of our political leadership to keep our children safe.

In the past few years, there has been a long string of crimes just as horrific as these. Two weeks ago, it was a transgender individual who shot up a school, resulting in two deaths and many injuries. Earlier in August, it was an illegal alien truck driver who attempted a U-turn on a busy highway in Florida that resulted in a traffic pile-up that killed three. The number of similar criminal acts seems endless. I could go on listing them, but you have heard them all before.

When crimes like these are committed, the press and our politicians always blame the instrument used to commit the crime and say it is the problem. Claiming that if we could only eliminate guns, for example, the crimes would stop, and the public would be safe. However, the tool being used isn’t the issue. Whether it is a mentally ill individual with a knife, someone on psychotropic drugs with a gun, a thug who uses his fists, or an illegal alien driving a vehicle he isn’t trained to operate, it isn’t the instrument used that is the problem. The common thread to these crimes is the evil people who commit them.

27 of the 30 worst cities for crime in this country are run by Democrats. It may be that they have enacted policies lenient to criminals in an effort to equalize social justice.

The most basic function of government is to keep peace and order for the common good. When our government cannot do that, it has failed. That is why the people in New York City are about to elect a socialist Muslim mayor named Zohran Mamdani. They have no desire to transform the city into a pseudo communist gulag; the people are simply fed up with crime and the continued inaction from both political parties. They are seeking anyone who might help resolve the city’s issues, even the most unlikely of candidates, like Mr. Mamdani.

Donald Trump recognizes that problems are getting worse, and if nothing is done, crime could devastate the social fabric of our country. That is why he has deployed National Guard troops to Washington, DC. It is also why we may soon see similar guard deployments in Chicago. Last weekend, 50 people were shot in Chicago, eight of them killed. Shootings like this happen every weekend in the Windy City. How did this ever come to be accepted as ok?

President Trump is trying to take action, but the National Guard is probably not the most efficient way to secure our cities. Our state and local governments should keep them safe, but like in Washington, DC, and Chicago, local politicians have failed.

There is a common theme about the cities where these events are taking place. Washington, DC, and Chicago are run by Democrat mayors and have been for years. The same is true for Charlotte, North Carolina, where one of the crimes occurred this weekend. According to Outkick, 27 of the 30 worst cities for crime in this country are run by Democrats. It may be that they have enacted policies lenient to criminals in an effort to equalize social justice. However, you do not atone for the sins of the past by sacrificing the youth of today.

Two more innocent young girls have died at the hands of evil predators. Eight faceless people in Chicago also died violently over the weekend. How many more parents will be forced to bury their children because feral criminals are allowed to rule the streets with impunity? For some reason, politicians are afraid to use the resources they have to protect their citizens. We can no longer allow this madness to continue. It is time for political leaders at the local, state, and federal levels to make our cities safe. If they are too timid to act, they should move aside so we can put serious leaders into place that will get the job done.

The Criminal Code was created from the Ten Commandments. “Thou shall not kill” is one of them. Many people serving in government power places do not know their authority or power in their positions such as Dunleavy as the Sheriff of the state over the judiciary branch. In many instances the judges are taking over the decision-making as with ranked choice voting. Killing preborn babies is legal. Mutilation of our children is still happening.. God is the ultimate power. Prayer is the ultimate weapon. Existing laws are being broken and marginalized. God it King not man through evolution which is still being taught even though it has been proven false over and over again. The brokenness we are experiencing shows us the chaos when “man” is in charge. Tim Wildmon of American Family Association writes: God the Father is the creator of the family unit, to protect that sacred creation from government al or educational attach and interference. It is father and mother whom you have ordained to raise your children. May you used those in authority to re-establish that sacredness without harassment….”
