The “Values Voter Guide” for the Oct. 7 Fairbanks Borough and City elections was published by Alaska Family Action, a pro-life, religious liberty and family advocacy group that strives to equip voters to elect candidates who will defend religious freedom, parental rights and traditional understandings about marriage and human sexuality.
While all of the left-leaning candidates declined to answer the survey questions, the responses from more conservative-minded candidates provide voters with an idea of what they will stand for if elected to public office.
The questionnaire was sent to all candidates running for Fairbanks City Mayor, Fairbanks City Council, Fairbanks Borough Assembly and Fairbanks School Board.

Voters: Get out and vote because if you don’t you will be left high and dry when the issues that effect you go the other way!!
Left-leaning candidates, what are they afraid of. Answering the questions truthfully and telling their constituents what they really think. Yes we want to destroy your life’s, and taking away all your rights. Put your masks on we’re in control now, so you will speak when told to speak.
An important question to ask these candidates is Do they support Trump. Maybe it’s not a yes no question cuz they might think some stuff good other stuff horrible cruel and destructive.
Manny, TDS isn’t terminal if treated early. Everything isn’t about Trump, but if you want it to be we can’t stop you.
They do not have to support Trump. He’s an idiot and hopefully they are not.
I guess it’s not a surprise that none of the School Board candidates replied to the the questionnaire. Education in the country is no longer for the advancement of our society, it’s for the advancement of the crazy liberals.
Thanks for the voter guide. It proved very helpful! I see nobody on the school board answered the survey.
