A new rule from the Trump administration prohibits employers from participating in the federal student loan forgiveness program if they unlawfully aid or abet in the chemical castration or mutilation of gender-confused children.
The new rule was finalized by President Donald Trump on Oct. 31. It is part of a larger policy shift in which the president has attempted to redirect federal taxpayer funding away from organizations that engage in so-called “gender transitioning” of minors.
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program absolves federal student loan balances to Americans who work at least 30 hours a week on average for a qualifying “public service” employer, while also making 120 student loan payments.
Qualifying employers include federal, state, local or tribal government organizations (including public schools, universities and agencies) and nonprofits that provide specific public services, such as emergency management, military service, public safety, law enforcement, public health, public education, public and school libraries and others.
Excluded groups include for-profit entities, labor unions, partisan political groups and organizations that engage in the unlawful cross-sex mutilation of minors – either chemically or surgically.
Under the new rule, the prohibition against chemical castration or mutilation is “not about lawful medical practices; it is about ensuring that PSLF funds do not support the castration or mutilation of children in violation of Federal or State law.”
“Medical providers performing activities within the bounds of Federal and State law will not be affected,” the rule notes. “Only conduct that is prohibited by Federal law, or State law in the State where the conduct occurs, is at issue.”
DOES NEW RULE AFFECT ALASKA?
Alaska does not currently have a law banning transgender surgery or cross-sex chemical manipulation for either adults or minors, however, the State Medical Board recently approved a draft regulation that would categorize providing transgender surgeries or chemicals to minors as “unprofessional conduct,” which could lead to disciplinary action. This regulation is currently under legal review by the Alaska Dept. of Law.
A “gender affirming care” database published by Planned Parenthood includes a number of Alaska-based medical providers, hospitals and nonprofit groups that promote and engage in transgender medical services.
The list contains Alaska-specific information to “connect transgender and nonbinary individuals with medical, behavioral, financial, community, family, legal, educational, and other resources.”
Alaska nonprofit groups listed in the Planned Parenthood guide include the following:

— Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center
— Ninilchik Community Clinic
— Peninsula Community Health Services
— Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium
— Southeast Medical Center
— Mat-Su Health Services

I hope this will effect the certification process of all medicare and medicaid hospitals as well as their parent hospital groups, whatever state they headquarter in.
The hatred and fear against certain minority populations by so called “Christians” never fail to amaze me. Yet, they find it reasonable to allow hunger. WOW!
Tis not hatred or fear, dear David. It actually comes from love for Creation.
These people are not a minority group, they are what most of us would consider “people”. If anything, they make themselves a minority group by trying to identify themselves as something they are not. They each have a brain, eyes, ears and hands of which they can participate in this reality just like the rest of us. They are not an oppressed people, for they are recognized by major corporations all over the world and are given more than a month per year to celebrate their delusions.
So please, David, spare us. If you wanna go chop your limbs off and call yourself a zombie, that does not make you a minority, that makes you self destructive. Just don’t expect sane people to play along, or pay for any of this absurdity. Take your meds and close yourself in your padded cell and leave building a healthy society to the rest of us.

There is no “mutilation” going on. The only mutilation going is the mutilation of words. Just because you don’t agree with someone else’s medical treatment (nosey) doesn’t make the treatment harmful
This is a great help to pin down who is funding the harm to our children and any accomplices that are helping fund the “death cult.” Thank you President Trump for your courage to confront the corruption in our state that destroys lives without conscience. We pray that dishonest enterprises that hurt children will continue to be blocked financially.
In my opinion, nobody who signed on the dotted line for a loan should have it forgiven. Just like we should not have bailed out the banks or motor corporations for their failed business practices.

The only medical procedure that should be sanctioned by the medical community, and the state for gender dysphoria is a psychologist.
