Well, Gov. Mike Dunleavy has a lot of company in the Alaska Legislature. He’s got the naïve new members in both chambers, convincing themselves that they are somehow conservatives, even while they align themselves with the Mad Democrats.

Dunleavy has nevertheless led the charge with his carbon sequestration agenda. You have to believe that the planet is cracking in two to follow this route. The only political party resistance came from the Alaskan Independence Party. The Republicans? What a joke.

Do you understand what he has done, having to resist only two courageous lawmakers in the State Legislature? He has decided that a great way to make up budget shortfalls is to enter the make-believe world of Earth Religious Cult. So instead of extracting our God-given resources, we are going to put allegedly “carbon garbage” back into the ground.

Earth Religious Cult … follows the set patterns of human resistance that was seen in the USSR or in fascist nations elsewhere.

You would think that with such an ambitious change in the state’s livelihood, you’d want years of analysis from eco-geologists, just like has been ongoing with Pebble Mine. Or that the governor would have been campaigning on this in the last election cycle.

We will be receiving make-believe money, printed by the inflation machine called the Federal Reserve. It will fit nicely into the make-believe world of changing sexual identity, the make-believe world of CRT, the make-believe world of the covid vax, the make-believe world that we actually obey the federal and state constitutions, the make-believe world of the non-humanity of preborn children, and the rest of the Mad-Hatter tea party.

The hoi polloi have either despaired or still think the only headlines that count come from obsolete and dying newspapers. Yet this ignores the fact that the Earth Religious Cult is the butt-end of cocktail jokes not only in Alaska, but the entire country. It follows the set patterns of human resistance that was seen in the USSR or in fascist nations elsewhere.

Here’s how it goes: you obey the corporate/government policy, because it means money, your job, your livelihood. It keeps you out of re-education camps or psychiatric hospitals. It doesn’t matter that you are not involved in a business that has anything to do with the Earth Religious Cult. If you were making bicycles or poker chips, you use energy, you see?

Then on Friday night, at a party while on your second or third glass of vino, you confess how all this is just a crock of spit. But you need your job, so you salute the corporate flag and follow the corporate line lie.

How could Dunleavy be so foolish? Is he being influenced or threatened? We can only guess, but read his stone face and trust your gut. He does not possess the passion of a man who believes what he’s telling us. It appears like someone else is pulling the strings.

It doesn’t make any difference how he got to this point. The fact is, he is further entangling us with the dependency and control from the federal government and the global climate crisis alarmists, and leading Alaska straight into the arms of the Woke Pac Northwest.

This is neither Alaskan nor American.
