Anchorage’s annual carnival of LGBTQ sexuality took place on June 28 with a circus-like march through downtown, where activists publicly affirmed their ever-changing and expanding erotic preferences and sexual identities.
The 48th annual “Pride Parade” included a record-setting 900 participants who came dressed in drag, rainbows, fishnet stockings, furry costumes and more to celebrate gender-bending ideology, abortion on demand, transgender surgeries, homosexual library books, Marxism and “Queers supporting Palestine” in its fight against Israel.
Prominent politicians joined the revery, marching alongside the most radical homosexual activists in Alaska to show support for the controversial movement. Anchorage Mayor Suzanne LaFrance, along with several members of the city assembly attended. They were joined a number of Democratic state lawmakers and parade grand marshal – former U.S. Congresswoman Mary Peltola.
At one point, Anchorage’s new Library Director Marjorie Harrison pushed a cart of gender-bending youth books down the street as library staffers held aloft rainbow flags.

After the parade, partiers spilled onto Delaney Park Strip where businesses and non-profits set up booths to peddle LGBTQ friendly services, including cross-sex hormones for minors and transgender affirming therapy.
In one area of the park a striptease pole was erected where thonged dancers gyrated in front of the passing public.
Later a litany of cross-dressing drag queens, exposed their undergarments as they pranced on and around a public stage. The scantily-clad dancers performed in front of the all-ages crowd, which included toddlers, young children and teens.
This year’s event was enthusiastically supported – including monetarily – by the Municipality of Anchorage. Prior to the parade, Mayor LaFrance hoisted a prominent LGBTQAI2+ flag at City Hall, and the city was listed as an official sponsor.

Good question Paul. Why are kids allowed at a sexually explicit event? Maybe it is because of what people have been warning about for years Paul. I just keep wondering how long the voters of the city of Anchorage and the Eagle River will continue putting in people that support this deviant lifestyle. I’m beginning to think that Anchorage is getting what it deserves with the political leaders they keep putting in place not only citywide but statewide. I am so glad I don’t live there so stay there. Don’t move to the valley. We don’t want you.
My tax dollars should be going for the good of all the people of Anchorage. Tax money should be spent for the upkeep of Anchorage instead of a select group of people. If the mayor and assembly want to support events like this they should have to pay out of their own pocket not the tax payers. This money could of gone to fixing the intersection of Bragaw and DeBarr, the turn lane has been blocked of for over two years now, where is the money to fix it. And why is the grass along the roads not being cut.

Churches need to step-up and into the gap left by inaction and not wanting to get involved. First, we need to pray for God’s hand to press back on the evil that drives this behavior. Parents need to speak out at not just council meetings, but a civil class-action lawsuit against the city may be necessary to protect the children. There are laws governing public exposure like this. Shame on any parent that exposes their kids to this disgusting behavior. There is a special place in hell for you! The Lord commands us to not keep the little ones from him. When you allow Satan into your home and into your children’s life, how corrupted your spirit has become. God is warning us right now to be on our knees in reverence to him. 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” If God’s people do not speak up against this evil behavior, why would God respond? He wants us to be victorious over evil and support us in that endeavor. The wickedness that has taken over many of our communities and cities is a direct result of God’s people stepping back and allowing it.
