Days after popular conservative influencer Charlie Kirk was fatally shot in the neck while speaking to students at Utah Valley University, the hard left Alaska Black Caucus took to Facebook to condemn, not the murder of an innocent man, but the speech and beliefs of the man who was gunned down.

Known for its staunch support of Black Lives Matter protests, critical race theory and transgenderism, the Alaska Black Caucus relies on a coalition of activists who identify as a mix of marginalized racial, ethnic and sexual identities.

The group often frames LGBTQ activism as inextricable intertwined with the historic civil rights movement and the emancipation of slaves.

In a Sept. 15 Facebook post, the Alaska Black Caucus avoided any specifics, but took the occasion to condemn Kirk’s “hateful rhetoric that dehumanizes” people.

The post then lamented “violence against the Black community,” and the “loss of life through violence, especially against marginalized communities.”

Not once did the Alaska Black Caucus condemn Kirk’s murder or offer any thoughts on the matter. Nor did the group cite any specific statements by Kirk that were in anyway derogatory towards black people.

Kirk was well known for peacefully engaging college students and challenging them to rethink their positions on critical race theory, LGBTQ ideology, identity politics, abortion and many other issues that are central to leftist activism.

Below is the full statement from the Alaska Black Caucus.

Yes indeed, people are losing their jobs for saying anything derogatory about Charlie Kirk. I guess it’s just another example of “cancel culture,” and it’s going to get worse. GOP Rep. Randy Fine said this about Kirk critics: “I will demand their firing, defunding, and license revocation. If you don’t think I am serious, I got two State University Board Chairman fired for less. These monsters want a fight? Congratulations; they got one.”

A website established three days ago under the somewhat overstated banner of “Expose Charlie’s Murderers” claims to have already collected over 30,000 social media profiles. The team behind the site now promises to create “a searchable database… filterable by general location and job industry.” “This is a permanent and continuously-updating archive of Radical activists calling for violence,” the site adds. “This is the largest firing operation in history.”

Apparently the First Amendment now only applies to MAGA World.

Most of us Conservatives are tired of trying to talk the lefties off the ledge. The Democrats have gone full-blown radical and no long adhere to the common decency necessary to co-exist in a civilized society. How many buildings have been burned down, or police cars set on fire since the left assassinated Charlie Kirk… none! That’s a sign of a civilized society.

Paul Hart, freedom of speech doesn’t mean you can say anything you want. If your words incite violence, hate, or are downright lies about someone then you suffer the consequences. Trying to lump the hate and rhetoric into the 1st amendment is, of course, the liberal way of thinking. “Good me but not for thee.”

Which liberal quotes do you believe incites violence, hate, or are downright lies? Better do some research before responding. Your guy Kirk said there is no difference between free speech and hate speech.

Charlie spoke the truth, and never focused on any individual he focused on Christ and repentance. If you think you can live in sin with no repentance you are deceiving yourself by the influence of satin. Christ Died and rose from the dead for people do they might have everlasting life by repentance and giving their lives to the LORD.

The Alaska black Caucasus is an organization that perpetrates lies and promotes bitterness, vengefulness, division, mental illness and darkness (spiritual). The audacity to make such a blatantly false statement publicly is disgusting. Charlie Kirk proclaimed truth and freedom to every person he encountered and there was nothing racist or hate filled ever in his message. He stood for good for all. The caucus stands for evil.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light foe darkness; who put bitter for sweet, sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21. Satan is a hater of truth and light. How ironic that this organization would take an ugly stand agains truth, and light. Tragic for those that blindly follow.

The violence against Black communities which the anonymous ABC author writes about is perpetrated upon the Black community by Blacks. Notice what country’s colors their emblem of Alaska is layered in. I bet not one member has been to Africa, but they insist on holding allegiance on to nation they have never experienced, and forsaking the country that has handed them abundant opportunity.

Very interesting response and statement when Charlie Kirk has numerous followers and admirers that are people of color. That kind of tells you the truth.

  • Eva says:

These groups hate the messenger of truth, because the truth hurts. In the past, they used to kill the prophets, too, in order to soothe their consciences, but you CANNOT KILL TRUTH, or the God, who is LOVE (AGAPE LOVE) who patiently WAITS for these folks to see and embrace His Son, Jesus and receive Forgiveness, before it is TOO LATE

  • Proud Alaskan says:

Did you see any burning of cars or riots after Charlie death, or after the stabbing of that innocent girl on the train or the shooting at the church. No, we all prayed.
But these groups are all about lies and burning down cities.

“Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There’s ugly speech. There’s gross speech. There’s evil speech. And ALL of it is protected by the First Amendment. Keep America free.”

This caucus is not representative of Alaska.
For one thing, Alaskans know the difference between ending slavery and pushing the homosexual agenda. To equate them is to dishonor the 500,000 men who died to end slavery.

In light of comments made by Charlie Kirk regarding Double jointed individuals, we want to
emphasize our unwavering commitment to uplifting Double jointed voices and advocating for social
    justice.
Hateful rhetoric that dehumanizes any group of people has no place in our society. We
recognize the profound impact that such views can have, especially in a climate where
violence against the double jointed community remains a pressing issue. We must stand united
against racism (there’s actually only one race -the human race) and discrimination in all forms, and we call on our community to engage in
constructive dialoque that promotes understanding and healing.
The loss of life through violence, especially against marginalized communities, is a tragedy
that we must address collectively. We encourage everyone to reflect on how we can all
contribute to a more just society, where ALL individuals are treated with dignity and
    respect.
Let us work together to confront hate and build a future where EVERY voice is heard and
valued. We invite our followers to share their thoughts and engage with us in this important conversation.

If you believe in Macro evolution (not scientific but a religion) this perpetuates the problem. Look at the full title of Charles Darwin’s book. In it it says “favored races.”
