Planned Parenthood Alliance has just posted a comprehensive list of 47 Alaska candidates whom it deems to be the most pro-abortion “champions” and radical activists for the LGBTQ agenda.
The abortion lobby’s preferred slate of 2026 Alaska candidates covers the governor’s race, the state’s only U.S. House seat, dozens of legislative contests, and local races in Fairbanks and Juneau that are on the ballot October 6.
Planned Parenthood, which has endorsed Mary Peltola in the past, did not include her in its 2026 list. Peltola, however, has a long history of backing abortion and the LGBTQ agenda. She is running against Republican U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan.

To be endorsed by the abortion lobby, a candidate must score 100 percent on questions that require full support for abortion, contraception, so-called “gender-affirming care,” comprehensive sexual health education, and full-throated backing of LGBTQ+ activist groups, including those who target gender-confused youth.
In one case, Planned Parenthood agreed to “recommend” a candidate who scored high in the questionnaire but did not share all of the abortion business’ commitments. This was issued to ensure the pro-life candidate does not win.
The Alaska Watchman obtained access to one of the 2026 surveys. The extensive list of questions requires that candidates agree to spend taxpayer funds on abortions, explicit sex education for young children, and emergency contraception that can kill a developing unborn baby.
Pro-abortion backed candidates must also state that they believe killing an unborn baby through abortion is a “fundamental right.”
Additionally, they must pledge to oppose law enforcement policies that might seek to investigate abortion providers, while agreeing to marshal the influence and services of local health systems, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand abortion access in Alaska.
With regard to the most radical elements of the transgender movement, endorsed candidates agree to back policies that expand services to include cross-sex hormones for gender-confused youth, as well as genital reassignment surgeries and the amputation of healthy breasts so that patients can attempt to appear as a member of the opposite sex.
Endorsed candidates must never oppose any policies that limit – in any way – the so-called “rights of transgender people” to use bathrooms and locker rooms of the opposite sex. This means letting biological males access girls’ locker rooms, bathrooms and changing and showering areas.

Furthermore, the candidates vow to expand laws that force private businesses and even churches to actively accommodate and affirm the LGBTQ lifestyle, even when it violates deeply held beliefs and convictions.
When it comes to exposing children to graphic sex education, including instruction on LGBTQ sex, an endorsed candidate must commit to spending government funds, building partnerships and pushing programming that advances these priorities among children. By contrast, they must also pledge to oppose sex-ed classes that teach “abstinence-only.”
Finally, candidates must become abortion “champions” to win Planned Parenthood’s endorsement. This includes vowing to “speak out publicly in support of Planned Parenthood’s ability” to kill preborn babies, attending Planned Parenthood functions, such as pro-abortion rallies, seeking the abortion lobby’s input when crafting legislation, and sponsoring bills that are “championed” by the abortion industry.

Republicans aren’t perfect, but the other side is absolutely insane.
