Assistant U.S. Health Secretary Rachel Divine visits with Identity Alaska on Aug. 6 to highlight LGBTQ issues in Anchorage.

President Biden’s openly transgender assistant secretary of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services is skipping across Alaska this week to push a litany of radical leftist causes.

Approved to her post in 2021 with the help of U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s vote, Rachel Levine is a biological male, and the first person who claims to be transgender to serve in such a high federal post.

Prior to “transitioning,” Richard Levine was married to a woman and had two children. He got a divorce in 2013 and now goes by the name Rachel.

Despite no known prior military service, Levine is traveling Alaska in a military style, navy blue uniform with four stars blazoned on his collar, a privilege he enjoys after Biden appointed him to serve as admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, one of the eight uniformed services.

According to his official Twitter/X account, Levine landed in Anchorage this past weekend where he promptly visited Identity Alaska, which runs Alaska’s only LGBTQ-focused health clinic. The clinic pushes cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers for minors. It also refers patients for mutilating transgender services. Levine hobnobbed with activists and drag performers associated with Identity.

“These inspiring people work tirelessly to create a more equitable future, where all those living in the U.S. have equal access to lifesaving medical care,” Levine posted.

That same day, he visited the Alaska Center, a catch-all left-leaning organization that advocates for a whole host of progressive causes across Alaska. Levine’s stop at the center was to highlight a “wholistic approach” to serving survivors and victims of crime.

On Aug. 9, Levine posted that he was meeting with representatives from the Norton Sound Health Corporation to talk up “environmental health” as it relates to melting sea ice and climate change. He later swung through the Native Village of Savoonga to talk about “environmental justice issues they face from contamination.”

While Levine is widely celebrated by the mainstream media for shattering barriers for gender-confused individuals, his record and medical credentials have raised serious concerns.

Apart from believing the notion that he is a woman and advocating sex-reassignment treatment for gender-confused minors, Levine was widely criticized when he ran Pennsylvania’s disastrous COVID-19 response, which entailed forcing nursing homes to readmit COVID patients, while mandating that toddlers wear face masks in public spaces.

In June, Levine used her office to promote the entire summer as “The Summer of Pride” to emphasize the most controversial aspects of the LGBTQ political agenda.

Last year, prior to Elon Musk’s take-over of Twitter, the social media outlet punished Tucker Carlson, the Babylon Bee, Matt Walsh and many other conservative voices for merely pointing out that Levine is a biological man.

Given that Levine’s Alaska schedule is not publicly posted, it is unclear where he’s headed next.
