Pro-Life Alaska, the statewide branch of The National Right to Life, has issued candidate endorsements for the Mat-Su Borough Assembly and School Board races.

Early voting began on Oct. 20 and goes until Nov. 3. Election day is Nov. 4.

Voters will decide the fate of three Mat-Su Assembly seats and three School Board seats that are up for grabs. To learn more about these candidates, and their opponents, click here.

    Finally, people who step up to the “plate of life’ and willing to state where they are and what they believe in. Life in all respects will move in a better direction with these people as decision makers.

    Curious question… how does the right for life opinion affect the school board? They have no control over legislation.

    Is it that we want ALL (taking a page from DaveMaxwell) to be aligned with our societal ideals even if they don’t have any skin in that game? Let me give you an example… would you choose a person who has a GED and pro-life beliefs over a person who has a doctorate in education but pro-choice beliefs, for the school board? I’m curious.
