Since launching on Sept. 11, 2019 Alaska Watchman has seen more than 30,000 visitors read over 100,000 articles on our pro-life, pro-family news website. These are very encouraging numbers for a project that is just three and a half months old.

The vast majority of visitors come from Alaska, but people from 86 different countries have also found our reports. When people visit the Watchman, they stay for a while. On average readers checked out three articles each time they stopped by. All total, visitors have spent more than 57,000 minutes reading our news and opinion pieces and watching original Watchman videos.

The most popular articles deal with faith-based efforts to reach out to the homeless, the aggressive tactics of the LGBTQ agenda in schools and libraries, pro-life issues and features on Alaskans taking a stand to renew the culture.

We expect that our web traffic and influence will grow as Alaska enters into a critical legislative session beginning later this month.

Our greatest need at this point is for more Alaskans to step up and offer financial support. If you are among the tens of thousands of visitors who value the Watchman, please consider making a donation (or better yet becoming a monthly donor) to support our work. This is truly a full-time effort that will only succeed with the help of Alaskans who want to rebuild and restore our culture.

For businesses and organization that want to reach an audience of engaged pro-life, pro-family Alaskans who put a primacy on faith, we invite you to check out our advertising options here.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us thus far. Now we must quickly grow the ranks!

Finally, please share our stories on social media, pass along interesting articles to friends and family, sign up for our weekly emails and help us spread the word far and wide that Alaska has a new voice to counter the secular mainstream media.
