Americans from across the nation are planning to descend on Washington, D.C., Jan. 23, for a peaceful protest march against Covid shot mandates and the systematic censorship and cancellation of those who have declined to take part in the experimental shots.
The event will coincide with the same-day, global rally for freedom in cities across the world. According to the event website, DefeatTheMandatesDC.com, the march will demand that people be free to work, travel, learn, question, speak, pray and say “no.”
“The mandates are un-American,” the website states. “Stop the mass firings. Stop segregating by vaccination status. Stop calling Americans “unpatriotic” for making a personal medical choice.”
“We are free, and we will not surrender our freedoms out of fear.”
Dr. Robert Malone, who invented the mRNA technology used in most Covid shots, announced the rally during a Jan. 4 interview with Joe Rogan. Malone was one of several high-profile speakers at the October Alaska Early Treatment Summit for Covid.
“This is not about being anti-vaccines; it’s about being anti-mandates, and our hope is that we bring people together,” Malone said of the march. “People from every walk of life, every party, every religion, every ethnic background … The thing that we can agree on is personal liberty and the right of people to make their own choice.”
The peaceful march will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 4 at the Washington Monument and process to the steps approximately one mile to the Lincoln Memorial where a wide range of featured guests will speak to the crowd. Speakers will include recording artists, prominent doctors, journalists, pro athletes, actors and premier thought leaders.

The website explains that the protest is in opposition to vaccine passports, vaccinating healthy children, censorship and limits on reasonable debate. It will also promote the power of natural immunity, the necessity of informed consent and the right of doctors and patients to make decisions without coercive governmental interference.
“We are free, and we will not surrender our freedoms out of fear,” the website proclaims. “We are Americans and we come from every walk of life. We link arms, vaccinated and unvaccinated, Democrats, Republicans and Independents, mothers, fathers and grandparents, college students, teachers, nurses, doctors, small business owners, artists, tradesmen, and the retired. To stop the Covid vaccine mandates. To say never again to the lockdowns! We are free people. No longer taking our freedoms for granted. The mandated Covid vaccines haven’t worked. Our civil liberties have not returned.”

Instead of bludgeoning each other with claims and counter-claims, we might yield a bit and work together as we grapple with the problems COVID has caused. The dead have no need for “temporal freedoms.” They have already made their appearances before the “high bench,” and if the topic was a point of contention for them, I suspect, that they now consider the matter merely speculative or entertaining. But it behoves those of us yet on the ground to be a little more reticent in appearing for our own final judgement. Why not act wisely and live longer! Let those who are less thoughtful storm the pearly gates and rashly make their demands of the most high! I am not so hubristic!
